A relaxing but productive evening

This evening I listened to another "Radio JUS" episode (http://www.radiojus.com/past.html).  This was Tom Mitchell's interview with Dr. Michael Roizen.  Amazing amazing amazing!  This is a must-listen.  He talks about the impact of diet and other factors on your risk of cancer and other nasty diseases.  He is saying you are not a victim of your genealogy, you can make choices in your diet and lifestyle that will have a huge impact on your risk of cancer and heart disease and other diseases.
Incidentally, I listened to the interview on my MP3 player while I was jogging (ok ok, I was mostly walking briskly) -- so it didn't "cost" me any time to listen to the program.  If you have more ideas of how to "double-up" activities to make better use of time, let me know - I'd love to hear them.

Tonight I am also spending time running though the flip-chart, so I am more comfortable with it.

And I am composing a few paragraphs of things that I would like to say the next time I present JUS to a new prospect or at a tasting party.  The more I think about JUS the more conviction I feel that JUS (the product and the income opportunity) are just what many many people need to turn their lives around.  And I am filled with renewed eagerness to tell more people about it!

So tell me -- how did you spend your evening?
